Bonito hotel para familias y viajes de trabajo

Las áreas abiertas para jugar los niños, los cuartos muy espaciosos, el hotel es muy bonito. El bar y restaurante con buenas opciones de comida y bebidas.

El servicio del restaurante bastante lento. Les falta personal para atender en restaurante. Cada día teníamos que pedir toallas porque nuestra reserva era para cuatro y todos los días solo nos dejaban solo dos toallas. Papel higiénico de repuesto no nos dejaban (obvio en una estancia de cuatro noches para cuatro personas se requieren repuestos).

Hotel Maravilloso, digno de visitar.

La remodelación que hicieron ( quitaron las Alfombras) La actitud de Servicio de la Chica del Front Desk del 24 12 24 por la tarde y del Bell Boy

el Buffet del 25 12 24; es caro y muy Básico. Buscaba comida potosina ( quesadillas potosinas, bocoles, gorditas, pancita, etc y no hubo nada de nada. a penas un par de guizados, frios, incípidos. )

Stonish arquitecture and greate services, people make the difference.

The breakfast was great, the service in the restaurant was really good.

The communications from the room were broken, and there was no phone line to call the receptionist.

Great value for a very nice hotel

One of our favorite hotels, since we had our wedding ceremony and wedding party there in 2003.

The room needs to be updated, especially the carpet and the lighting to LED.

Beautiful looking hotel with nice facilities

We enjoyed a two night stay at this attractive looking hotel. Parking was very easy in a secure lot right next door, staff were very friendly, very nice facilities including pool and gym and a starbucks kiosk, room was very comfortable and clean. There are also a number of places to eat nearby.

Exceptional

The place was so beautiful, it was such a unique hotel because it gave an atmosphere of a traditional mexican ranch, instead of a monopolize skyline hotel that you can find everywhere.

The beds were a little uncomfortable for me. Also even though the hotel is stunning it needs to be maintained better.

Beautiful hotel with awesome room, fair price.

The hotel is great, beautiful style, wide space, big room, clean, temperature control, good toillet, shower with good choice of soap and shampoo. It also has a restaurant with a fair breakfast.

The payment for dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant must be done immediatly in the restaurant and not in the check-out as most of all hotels do, as if it is not part of the hotel. The Jacuzzi seems old and not working properly, I've tried to use it and I gave up. Also, I've noticed the sealing around the Jacuzzi presented some slots, which give an impression the maintenance is not proper, and I suggest they fix, because surely water from the shower is penetrating around the Jacuzzi, possibly will damage it

Lovely stay at a beautiful location

Property was in an excellent location and beautiful building. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Miguel, hotel Bellman, and Driver was 5-star!

It seemed a bit tired and needed refurbishment with carpeting and furniture throughout the hotel
